If you live in Washington State the next ToS you agree to just became a little safer. The Evil AT&T, back when it was Cingular, included in their so-called contract a provision that would bar customers from joining a class-action lawsuit.

What many don’t realize — unless they read the fine print of the agreement — is that they also often waive their right to file a class-action lawsuit against the company.
